Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Video Saver. Review them before using the app. Features depend on the released version and applicable platform rules.

1. Permitted use
Use Video Saver only for content you own, have permission to download or store, or may lawfully use. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy rights, website terms and applicable law.
2. Third-party platforms
Video Saver is an independent utility and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or other third-party services. Access, availability and download capabilities may change or be unavailable.
3. No circumvention
Do not use the service to bypass paywalls, access controls, DRM or other technical protection measures, or to access private or restricted content without authorization.
4. Your content and backups
You remain responsible for the links and files you save and for maintaining your own backups. Removing the app, clearing storage or losing a device may make locally stored data unrecoverable.
5. Availability and warranties
The app is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We cannot guarantee continuous access to third-party content, compatibility with every source or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Purchases and changes
If optional purchases are introduced, their current price and terms will be shown through the relevant app store before purchase. Store billing and refund rules may apply. We may update features or these Terms; material changes will be reflected here.
